ABOUT
Who's behind this.
Sean Ng is an AI consultant in Kuala Lumpur and the CEO of Oblique, an integrated marketing agency. He has spent the last two years putting AI into every part of how that agency runs, and this method is what came out of it.

Sean Ng, Kuala Lumpur.
THE STORY
How this method came about.
Sean has spent the last two years working out how good AI could get at every part of running his own agency, from writing a proposal to checking the finances. He did it on a real business with payroll to meet every month, which is why everything on this site was built under that pressure and not in a classroom.
The folder of notes
It began with a folder of notes, written because he was tired of explaining the same things to a chat window every morning: what the company charges, how the team works, what the numbers were last month. That was the first real step and no software was involved.
The first skill
Once the context existed, proposals came back in his own voice with his own prices already in them. Over RM1M of new business has since closed on proposals written by these systems.
The routines
Next he wrote down the jobs he did over and over: the client report, the reply to a difficult email, the brief for a new campaign. Around 15 of those now run on a schedule every day, so reports, meeting summaries and finance checks are finished before he's awake.
The OS
Then it needed somewhere to live. Six internal apps and operating systems run his companies today, built in-house with AI and worth roughly RM480,000 of software at market rates.
Nothing in that sequence was clever: written down, then repeated, then scheduled, then put in one place. That order is the method, and it's the same order we'd take your business through.
WHY HE TEACHES IT
Why he wants everyone on this.
Sean has been taking things apart since he was a kid. Technology was never work to him and it still isn't. That's why he spent two years pointing AI at every corner of a company that was already running fine without it.
It changed the fabric of how he works. Not the tools, the actual shape of a day: what he still does himself, what he decides and what he never has to touch again. Once that had happened to his own company he couldn't stop seeing it everywhere else.
Because most businesses are nowhere near this, and it isn't their fault. The people teaching AI mostly sell tools they don't understand, or sell fear, and almost nobody sits an owner down and shows them how to build on it. So the distance between the companies that work this out and the ones that don't is about to get very wide, very quickly.
That's the part he wants to fix, and not so that a handful of people get a head start. He wants everyone moving at the same time, Malaysian businesses first, because the whole point of this is that a small company can now do work that used to need a big one.
He is still learning it himself and says so. He teaches only what he actually runs, and when something stops working for his own companies it comes off this site.
WHAT WE BELIEVE
What we believe.
Belief 01
Understanding beats automating.
A business owner who understands what AI can and can't do gets more out of one chat window than a competitor who has wired up 12 apps and understands none of it. We teach the understanding first, because every tool you'll use in three years hasn't been built yet.
Belief 02
AI does the executing. Someone still has to decide what gets built.
The work that gets handed over is the repeatable work: the drafting, the summarising, the chasing. Deciding what your business should do and what to build next is still yours, and it gets more valuable as everything around it gets cheaper.
Belief 03
You should own your system.
Your business knowledge is the most valuable thing you'll write down this year and it should not sit inside a product you rent. Everything we build is plain files in your accounts, so you can change the AI model, change the agency and keep the system.
Belief 04
Simple beats clever.
A system your team actually uses on a Monday morning is worth more than an impressive one they quietly abandon. So we build the smallest thing that solves the problem and stop, because complexity is what breaks the first time your business changes.
