What we do.

The AIOS Method is an AI consultancy in Kuala Lumpur, working with Malaysian business owners who aren't technical. We run three services, and where you start depends on which of the five levels your business is standing on today.

We sit with the people doing the actual work in sales, finance, operations and admin, and score every function against the five levels. You see in one page which parts of your business are still stuck at level one.

What you get back is a ranked roadmap. Every move carries a ringgit value, worked out from the hours it gives back or the revenue it protects, and the list runs in the order that pays you back fastest.

02 · WORKSHOPS

Workshops for your team.

Your team has sat through AI training before and come back with a page of notes and nothing running. We do it the other way round: by the end of the day each person has AI doing two or three parts of their own job, tested on real work from their own inbox.

The finance person builds the payment-chasing reply, the account manager builds the weekly client update and the ops person builds the report they dread every Monday. Whatever they build in the room is theirs to keep and use the next morning.

This is level five: the operating system itself, built for your business and handed to you.

Built on your own written-down knowledge, so it behaves like your business and nobody else's

One place your team logs into, where the reports are already written on Monday, the routine replies are drafted and waiting for approval and the numbers are on screen. Your team stops assembling information and starts deciding what to do with it.

We build the same way we built our own. Six of these systems run Sean's companies today, worth roughly RM480,000 of software at market rates and built in-house.

We talk

A call, or coffee if you're in KL. You tell us where AI has let you down and we tell you what it would cost, including the parts you could do yourself for free.

Step 02

The audit

We go through your departments, interview your people and score every function against the five levels. The ranked roadmap is yours to act on, with us or without us.

Step 03

The roadmap, or the build

Most businesses take the roadmap and climb the first two levels with their own team. When level five is worth building, we build it and hand it over.

QUESTIONS

Before you enquire.

Yes, and often it's the person who has been there 15 years who gets the most out of the day. Nobody writes code or learns new software, and all we ask is that each person can explain their own job.

Far fewer than you expect: usually one paid AI assistant per person, somewhere to keep your written-down knowledge and the systems you already have. We don't resell software and take no commission from any tool we recommend.

You keep everything and it keeps working. Your knowledge, skills and workflows are plain files in your own accounts, with no licence to renew and no platform of ours to be locked out of.

A workshop gives your team something running the same day. On builds we start with the piece that pays back soonest, and the full timeline goes to you in writing before you commit.

Sometimes not, and we'll tell you before you spend anything. If you're a team of 5 with nothing written down anywhere, a workshop or a month of your own effort will do more for you than an audit will.
