The AIOS Method

FREE LIST

Free, no email

Jobs your AI can do on a schedule.

Most people use AI like a vending machine: prompt it, walk away, come back tomorrow and do it all again. The big AI tools can already run a job on a schedule, every day or every week, without being asked, and almost nobody switches it on.

You don't need a secret tool or a download, and you set each job up once. This page is the list of jobs worth setting up, each with the instruction to copy.

WHILE SEAN SLEPT

What ran before the alarm.

Five of the jobs Sean's routines finished one morning, before he was up.

  1. The money check

It went through the accounts and flagged anything that looked off.

  2. Meeting notes

It turned yesterday's meetings into notes and tasks, sorted by client.

  3. The invoice chaser

It drafted a chaser for a payment that was late.

  4. This week's article

It wrote this week's article for the website, ready to edit.

  5. The morning summary

It put all of it in one message on Sean's phone before he woke up.

THE LIST

What to hand over first.

Copy the instruction, change the parts in brackets and give it to your AI as a scheduled task. The jobs that read your email, calendar or files need those apps connected first.

HOW TO USE IT

Set one up.

Prompt it when the job happens once, and schedule it when the job happens every week. Start with one routine, check what it sends you for a week, then add the next.

  1. ChatGPT

Ask it to do something on a schedule, such as "every Monday at 8am", and it sets up a scheduled task. You manage them from the Scheduled page.

  2. Claude

Scheduled tasks live in Claude Cowork, in the Claude desktop app. Describe the job and how often, and it runs on that schedule. A task that needs files on your computer only runs while the computer is on.

  3. Gemini

Gemini calls them scheduled actions. Ask for a job with a time and how often, and it repeats it.

Let a routine draft and flag, and keep the sending for yourself. A reminder to a client or a reply to a review goes out when you've read it.

LEVEL FOUR

This is level four.

Level four is work that completes without you starting each step. More than 15 routines run Sean's businesses every day. If you'd rather we set yours up, that's what our builds are for.
