Free, no emailThe ten documents to write first.
Everything an AI gets wrong about your business comes from the same place: it was never told. These ten documents are what to tell it, in the order we'd write them, in whatever tool you already use.
A page each is plenty, as long as they're true and current, because AI will believe every word. If you'd rather be interviewed than face a blank page, the Context Interview Prompt covers the same ground by asking you questions.
THE LIST
Write these ten.
- 01
What you sell.
Every product or service by name, with what's actually included in each. Nearly every wrong answer AI gives starts here.
- 02
Your prices.
Current prices, what the discounts are and who's allowed to give them. Old prices in writing are worse than none.
- 03
How you quote.
The path from enquiry to a number, and what makes that number go up or down. This is the job most owners want AI to take off them first.
- 04
Who buys from you.
Your main customer types and what each one cares about. It's the difference between copy aimed at someone and copy aimed at nobody.
- 05
Who you turn away.
The enquiries you say no to and why. Saves your team and your AI from chasing work you don't want.
- 06
How you sound.
The words you use, the words you never use, and one reply you were happy with. Tone is easy to teach and impossible to guess.
- 07
Your process, start to finish.
What happens between the customer saying yes and the job being done. Everything at level three gets built on top of this.
- 08
The questions you answer every week.
Your real FAQ, in your own answers rather than the polished website version. The fastest document to write and the most reused.
- 09
Your numbers.
Which figures you track, where they live and what a good month looks like. Without this, AI can describe your business but never assess it.
- 10
Your rules and limits.
What nobody may promise, what needs your approval and what should never leave the company. Write this before you give AI anything sensitive, not after.
LEVEL TWO
These ten put you on level two.
That is further than most businesses in the country get, and levels three, four and five all become possible from there.
